It was refreshingly different, with a perfect blend of sweet and herbal notes that created a delightful and unexpected taste sensation. This creative approach to flavor really sets La Fabrique Givrée apart from other ice cream shops. The cones were equally impressive, made from hazelnut flour, adding a wonderful nutty crunch that complemented the creamy ice cream perfectly. It's clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every aspect of their offerings.

I came here for the first time, and it has quickly become one of my favorite ice cream shops! I ordered one scoop of caramel and one scoop of pistachio ice cream. The texture is perfect, not too hard or too soft. The sweetness is well-balanced. What impressed me the most is the authentic flavor of the ingredients. The caramel ice cream has a clear and intense caramel taste, while the pistachio flavor is like real roasted pistachios. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the ice cream. I highly recommend stopping by this place.

Best ice cream experience in Paris! A lot of original flavors u’ll not get in other ice cream shops. My fav was fleur d’orange. Prepare to get mind blown! After trying Amorimo and other gelaterias all over the city this place was a revelation!
