French tartare was AMAZING, and the waiter friend was really helpful. Also I recommend french puree (aligot, if I remember right) besides french tartare, instead of regular french fries.

We ordered starters, the œuf mollet frit and the os à moelle. The œuf mollet frit was nice thanks to the truffle cream below but the egg yolk was not very yolky and was slightly overcooked. The os à moelle was nice but the bread tasted like overnight bread and seems to be on the verge of dying! The more you eat the os à moelle the more I started to feel disgusted, not sure why :/ For the mains we ordered the saucisse d’Auvergne with aligot, the meat in the sausage was very good and fresh however it was not seasoned and was tasteless. The duck confit was however amazing! Both aligot was disappointing it was very pale compared to the ones I’ve tried before and felt less authentic. It lacks also a bit of seasoning, of butter and cheese tbh. We added half a bottle of San Pelegrino sparkling water and the total paid was 88€ which was really not a good value especially when you can find better typical french bistro such as Chantefable in the 20e arrondissement.
